Respect for people and the environment
Hoya has long been a leader in responsible business and implemented a CSR policy many years before it became common practice. Respect for people and the environment, now and for future generations, drives all of Hoya’s activities.
Caring about future generations
Hoya has made considerable progress in accomplishing our health, safety and sustainability ambitions. At the same time, it maintains the quality on which its reputation is built. Hoya’s most notable achievements are:

- Since 2009: Hoya’s factories in Thailand have successfully recycled around 74% more waste and reduced their wastewater by 27% compared to previous years
- Other certifications: ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems), OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems)
